****No-Show & Cancellation Policy****

 

At Hairvana Salon & Spa, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients and staff, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee to the card on file.

 

No-Show & No-Call Policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice (“no-show, no-call”), you will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.

 

By booking an appointment with Hairvana Salon & Spa, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

By shopping with Hairvana Salon & Spa, whether in-store or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

 

1. General

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, appointments, and transactions made through our website and physical boutique/salon. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only issued in the event of a defective or damaged item, and only upon inspection and approval by management. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original form of payment.

 

3. Return Policy

 

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt, provided the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    •    Beauty and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

    •    All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

 

4. Shipping Policy

 

Orders are processed within 20 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and selected shipping method.

    •    We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

    •    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Booking & Services

 

By booking a service with us, you agree to our No-Show & Cancellation Policy, which requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 6. Agreement
