Shipping PolicyThank you for shopping with Hairvana Salon & Spa Boutique! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time- All orders are processed within 1–20 business days. While we aim to ship sooner, please allow up to 20 days for processing, especially during peak periods. We currently ship twice weekly, which helps us ensure quality and timely fulfillment.
Shipping Rates- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Domestic & International Shipping- We ship nationwide within the United States and also offer international shipping.International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Shipping times for international orders may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Shipping Carriers- We use trusted shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to be reflected.
Shipping Issues & Delays- Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or lost items caused by the shipping company. For any issues after shipping, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information- Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
